Katie Jo Summer is, for all intents and purposes, a phony. I mean, the name is a pseudonym – the person writing is a real, live, 40+ year old woman somewhere in the southeast of the good ol’ USA.

As a southern woman, I do love to run my mouth and bless your heart. Some woman I went to high school with writes absolute trash for novels and gets by with it, so I figured it’s safe for me to write a blog no one will pay to read to entertain myself and say the things I can’t necessarily say on my personal social media without being fired from my day job, ostracized in my social circles, or single-handedly resurrecting the burning of witches at the stake.

While I am talking a whole lot of trash, I am leaving no real names and have no intention of harming any one person or place in my ramblings. This is the south and we are all crazy here – most of us parade it out on the porch for our neighbors to see. If you feel the need to tell me how awful I am or that I shouldn’t be saying the things I am saying – please know that I respect your right to do so just as wholly as I respect my right to ignore you. Whatever floats your boat, and all that jazz.
